The Goldfinch might be the most famous bird in the world. This small little bird looks at you directly, while his little leg is attached to a chain. Our very own master painters took the bird and surrounded it with lush pastel flowers and added it to a wall plate. Fabritius was seen as one of the founders of the Delft School, just like Johannes Vermeer was.
