The sky's the limit! At Heinen Delfts Blauw we are constantly working to breathe new life into existing traditions. This round tulip vase from our Bubble Blue collection is a perfect example of this! We have given the well-known tulip vase a very new and hip design. We have let go of the traditional way of painting Delft blue and sought it out in higher spheres, because as real high flyers we do not like boundaries and limitations. For this vase, our master painter left the paint brushes and painted with: blowing bubbles! Because the bubbles are different in size or shape every time, each pattern is unique and different. The result is a beautiful pattern from which the handiwork of the master painter seems to literally splash. This unusual bubble pattern takes you into the sky where every nuance of blue is present, or takes you to the open seas where the sunlight plays for hours with the sparkle of the water.
