Do you have a gift card?
Yes, you can buy our gift card in our webshop or in one of our stores. You can choose from an amount of € 20,- to € 150,-. Online: In our webshop you will find the gift card page. In the lower left corner you will see a pop-up where you can order the card. You can also check your balance on this page. In the store: Ask at the counter for our gift card. Our employee will be happy to help you.
Which gift card can I choose from?
We have two gift cards: a digital and a physical gift card. Both are environmentally friendly designed. When you order the gift card online, the choice appears automatically and you get to decide which option you want to receive. In stores it is only possible to buy our physical gift card. Both can be redeemed in-store and online.
Where can I redeem my gift card?
You can pay online with your gift card or spend it in one of our own Heinen Delfts Blauw stores. Online: In step 3 of the shopping cart you can choose the option gift card. Fill in the requested details and your gift card will automatically be deducted from your order. Do you have some money left over? No problem, that amount will remain on your gift card. In the store: When you pay at the checkout, you can give your gift card to the cashier. She will settle your gift card. Do you have any money left over? No problem, that amount will remain on your gift card. NOTE: the gift cards can NOT be redeemed for the workshops!
I want to buy a product online and a gift card, how do I do that?
Het programma waarmee je jouw cadeaukaart besteld loopt via Cardman.nl. Daarom is het niet mogelijk om deze in je winkelwagen toe te voegen. Je besteld dus je cadeaukaart los (geen verzendkosten) en het product gewoon via de winkelwagen op onze webshop.
Do I pay shipping costs to send a gift card?
Nee. Je betaald geen verzendkosten.

How does a discount code work?
When we have a promotion or offer where you receive a discount code and have to enter it with your order, you do it in step 1 of the shopping cart. It is best to copy and paste the code into the empty field where the discount code is prompted. Be sure to remove all spaces before and after the code, or it will not read your discount code correctly. NOTE: You can only use one discount code per order. The discount codes do not work in conjunction with current promotions, set prices or already discounted items.
What discount codes are there and how do I get them?
We have a standard 5% discount code when you sign yourself up for our newsletter. You can subscribe via our homepage (almost at the bottom of the page). You will then be the first to receive all the news about our items and trends. Condition: The 5% discount code can be used only once. The discount is not valid on already discounted items. You can only use 1 discount code in your order. The code is valid for six months. It is not possible to deduct the 5% discount from your placed order. Other actions Sometimes we have great actions or offers where you must enter a discount code to participate in the action. These are always mentioned through our webshop and newsletters. Other websites that offer our discount codes use old discount codes that are no longer valid.
I forgot to enter my discount code, now what?
The 5% discount you receive for subscribing to our newsletter remains valid for six months. You can still use it on your next order. After paying for your order, we cannot deduct the discount afterwards. Promotion code: A promotion code remains valid during a promotion period. Have you accidentally placed your order and forgotten the discount code? We can no longer deduct the discount after your order has been paid.
